Eliza Fatima is a Solicitor and Partner in the firm’s Immigration Department.
Eliza has been practising Immigration Law since qualification in 2001. She has previously headed Immigration departments in other firms in West London which include working with the Middle East Christian Minorities Advisory Centre, a prominent charitable organisation. She has led a team of advisors that included solicitors, immigration consultants, trainee solicitors and paralegals.
Eliza is an alumni Accredited Immigration Advisor both at Senior Caseworker and Supervisory Level regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Legal Services Commission.
Eliza subsequently progressed to managing her own firm specialising exclusively in Immigration and Human Rights Law.
Over the years Eliza has acted for private individuals and corporate client across the UK and enjoys an enviable success rate. She has over 16 years of experience in all aspects of UK Immigration and nationality law and related human rights work.
Eliza’s expertise covers the full spectrum of personal immigration matters which include advice and assistance in the following areas; entry clearance and visas; sponsorship of spouses; children and relatives; European Union applications (family permits, residence permits and permanent residence) for EEA nationals and their family members; administrative reviews and representation at appeals.
Eliza’s practice also incorporates business-related applications including all applications under the Points Based System.
Eliza advises businesses looking to employ non EEA nationals based in the UK and abroad as well as assisting in sponsor licence applications, prevention of illegal working and objections to civil penalties.
Eliza is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.
