Bally has practiced family law exclusively since qualification in 2003 developing a broad-based family practice in the Principal Registry and local county courts.  Bally has over 14 years experience as a family law solicitor and specialises in ancillary relief (financial disputes) following divorce and all Children Act matters.  Bally has a hands-on approach to all her cases and will, where appropriate, conduct her own advocacy at court hearings. Bally believes in taking a practical approach and helping her clients to cut through the issues to enable them to reach agreement as soon as possible. If it is not possible to negotiate a settlement then Bally also has experience in taking cases to final hearing

Bally has developed a strong client base through her extensive knowledge and experience of a wide range of family work, including contact and residence disputes, issues surrounding parental responsibility and domestic violence.  Bally has taken a keen interest in working with various charitable organisations around the country for the under privileged and with women who have suffered with domestic violence. Bally now works as a volunteer with a leading charity, Rights of Women.

Since 2008 Bally has gained extensive experience in the drafting of Wills, probate and the administration of estates.
